Yes. Our full contractor services cover home and apartment renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, commercial improvements, project planning and trade coordination. Share your goals, location and preferred timing to start a conversation.
Do you offer handyman services for small jobs?
Yes. Our handyman services include door and trim repairs, TV and shelf mounting, curtain rods, and other small installations. Send your list so we can plan the visit and quote the work together. A three-hour minimum applies to hourly service visits; ask about a flat quote for your project.
What should I include when requesting an estimate?
Tell us what you’d like done, your ZIP code, approximate dimensions if relevant, and your preferred timing. Photos of the space help us understand the work and whether a site visit is needed.
Do you work in apartments and commercial spaces?
Yes. We work in homes, apartments, shops, and offices. Share any building rules, access restrictions, or management requirements before scheduling so we can plan accordingly.
How do payments work?
Our standard payment schedule is 50% at the start and 50% upon completion. Any project-specific payment terms will be included in your written estimate.
Is there work you don’t take on?
We don’t provide HVAC, concrete work, or appliance installation and repair. For other projects, send us the details and we’ll confirm the scope we can handle and any licensed-trade or building requirements.
